Sadaqah Jariyah for Haji Mohammed Abdul Latif
Donation protected
اسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
On the 1st of November, I came home to the shocking news of the death of my late grandfather, from the little elders that were left in the family he was from the most highly respected and honoured. He was a man who gave great importance to the Quran and Sunnah and aided those whom he knew who had knowledge in the religion in any way shape or form.
He was a loving family man and came from him were generations upon the correct understanding of Islam, he was the go to person when there was a conflict and with his kind words and wisdom he would resolve the most heated situation.
Just the way he aided those upon the sunnah in his wealth and efforts, I wanted to set up a page to raise funds as a sadaqah jariyah for him because i know the importance he gave to giving in the way of Allah and he would expect from us to give on his behalf in the way Allah just the way he used to give while he was alive. You & I can both attain reward from this, it doesn't have to be something big if you don't have the means but give with in your means as this sadaqah jariyah will be going to various different projects, and we will only use those charity or services which are sincere and are trustworthy. It will be accounted and shown to where the sadaqah will go.
I'm sure each one of you would want someone giving on your behalf and benefiting those in need through that after your passing. So I remind you of the beautiful hadith:
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 13, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 45
Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi (authenticity agreed upon) according to Al-Bukhari and Muslim
——————————————
Brothers and Sisters don't belittle the little you can give because maybe in the eyes of Allah it is something great, the funds from this page will only be spent on those who are in need or to benefit a project relating to the aiding of Islam or dawah within poorer Muslim regions.
Abu Dharr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do not belittle any good deed, even meeting your brother with a cheerful face.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2626
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Muslim

My grandad passed away due to covid-19 in a matter of a few days, it had seemed like he was making a recovery but all of a sudden Allah had taken his soul and he returned back to his lord. We thought it would be the least we can do by raising funds on his behalf to give in the way of Allah. We ask you to not only give in this noble cause but make dua for him and ask Allah to have mercy upon him, May Allah forgive him and make him amongst those who have a died as a Martyr, Allahuma Ameen.
Abu Qatadah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, ongoing charity the reward of which reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him.”
Source: Sunan Ibn Mājah 237
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani
The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The martyrs are five: the one who dies of the plague, the one who dies of a stomach disease, the one who drowns, the one who is crushed beneath a falling wall, and the martyr who is killed for the sake of Allah.”
