Asalamualykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,
I begin with praising Allah and glorifying the name of our rabb
Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided. (2:156-157)
Yesterday 15.01.21, approximately around 9:20 AM my family and I have lost my beloved aunt to Covid-19. My aunt was a lady who constantly asked those around her to forgive her even though there was nothing ever to forgive her for. Due to her level of imaan, taqwa and yaqeen she would still take that step and ask others to forgive her and she would say we are not promised tomorrow so I ask you all to forgive me. She was an individual who would always remind us about our akhira and she was known for her level of imaan and love for the deen and Qur’aan.
She was a very young lady who developed symptoms not long ago, and this is a reminder to us that death has no age. Now just as we thought she was reaching the end of her isolation period and things should be getting better, things took a turn for the worst which led to her finding it difficult to breathe. The ambulance were called and the paramedics tried to resuscitate her for approximately an hour. This was happening at the house whilst all her 6 children (our cousins, eldest being only 15 years old) were witnessing and hearing this daunting experience occurring with their mother.
At this point we raised our hands to our lord and sought his guidance and help,
for verily we know that And when I am ill, it is He who cures me (26:80). The paramedics told us we will try one more last time for another 15 minutes and we shall update you. After the 15 minutes we got told that my beloved aunt returned to our Rabb.
She has left 6 kids, eldest only 15 years old and youngest 5 years old fully dependent on his mother. As a family we have therefore set up this Gofundme page to raise money to build 2 wells for her as a means for sadaqah Jariyah. We ask you all to help us in this cause, to help these beautiful 6 children raise money to have a well built for their mother.
May Allah forgive our Aunty, grant her his Rahma, grant her Jannatul firdaws al a’laa, have mercy on her, make her grave from the gardens of the gardens of paradise and to ease her questioning! I ask Allah to grant our family, in particular her 6 children, her husband and parents all sabrun jameel and may he ar Rahman ar Raheem reunite us all with her in Jannatul firdaws al a3laa! And I ask Allah to accept all your donations and make it high on your scales for you all! Allahuma ameen ya rab! Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Wealth does not diminish by giving Sadaqah (charity)..." [Muslim].
