‎نَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Asalamualaykum Wa'Rahmatullahi Wa'Barakaatu .

It's with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Hibo Mahamud Hassan, a mother, a sister, a wife, a cousin and a dear friend.

Hibo, has returned to our lord on Monday 29 November 2021 after a short battle of Covid which led to pneumonia. May Allah swt forgive her for her sins and widen her grave as far as the eye can see. And may Allah swt make her recieve her book on the day of kiyamah on her right hand.

 

Hibo always had the most beautiful smile on her face. Her laughter was extremely contagious. She was kind, big hearted , selfless and always there for anyone in need without hesitation. She will be remembered for her loving nature and the impact she made on everyone she met. Her passing has left a massive gap in everyone’s hearts and will be missed dearly. May Allah (swt) have mercy on Hibo and accept her deeds. And may she be reunited with her beloved mother.

We have decided to begin a GoFundMe page in honour of Hibo. The money raised will be used to various forms of Sadaqah Jariyah in Hibo’s name and help support her one year old daughter which she left behind.

Please donate as much as you are able to, and if you cannot, please make sincere duaa on her behalf, and may Allah reward you all.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them,” (Hadith, Muslim).
