Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
We gather in memory of Wali Muhammad, Wali was more than just a 10-year-old boy with a love for football; he was a true soldier, a warrior with an unbreakable courage and spirit. Diagnosed with a brain tumor, Wali faced his ongoing battle with incredible strength and determination. Despite the challenges, he always gave his absolute best, meeting every task his doctors set for him and staying strong through the difficult rounds of chemotherapy. Wali underwent surgery to remove the tumor, but heartbreakingly, it returned more aggressive than before. With a heavy heart, our beloved Wali passed away on Thursday, leaving a void in our hearts but finding peace as he was reunited with his Lord in the gardens of paradise. We are raising funds for Sadaqah jariya in Wali’s name, with all proceeds going to the Brain Tumour Charity, inshallah, to support ongoing research and provide hope to other families and to other charitable organisations that will provide continuous benefits such as building wells, supporting orphans and feeding the poor. Every donation, no matter the size, is valuable and much appreciated. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that even half a date in charity can be enough if given sincerely Please join us to honour Wali’s memory supporting a cause that meant so much to him.
