Sadaqah jaariyah for Abdifatah Ali

‎ إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُون

“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to him we will return. (Al-Baqarah, 156)

Dear family and friends please help us in arranging Sadaqah Jariyah for our beloved brother so that it will benefit him in the hereafter and so that his family will find comfort in his departure from this dunya.

Our beloved brother Abdifatah Ahmed Ali has returned to our lord. A son, a brother, and a good friend. On the 21st January 2023, Abdifatah was on his way home from work. He took his usual route home and was struck by a bus while crossing the road. The H28 bus driver fled the scene instead of checking on him. It was an extremely cold night and he was left there bleeding on the street with no one to tend to him. The incident took place at 7:05pm and an ambulance arrived an hour later. A bystander informed us later that they called the ambulance. They said that Abdifatah was conscious but was bleeding from his head. He tried to stand up multiple times but couldn’t. He was taken to West London hospital and later passed away due to serious injuries. This devastating news has hit us all hard but one thing we can do is increase our brother’s good deeds, so that it may help him in the hereafter. We would like to build a mosque or a well for him with your help. If you can please give what you can. We would forever be grateful and it will be a sadaqa for each one of you too inshallah.

‎اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَعَافِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ وَأَكْرِمْ نُزُلَهُ وَوَسِّعْ مُدْخَلَهُ وَاغْسِلْهُ بِالْمَاءِ وَالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَنَقِّهِ مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ

Oh Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him and give him strength and pardon him. Be generous to him and cause his entrance to be wide and wash him with water and snow and hail. Cleanse him of his transgressions as white cloth is cleansed of stains.
