Sadaqah Jaariya on behalf of Ali Kaddour

Assalamu alaikum Dear family and friends,

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Ali Kaddour - our beloved dad, brother, son, uncle, cousin and friend,  In this time of grief, let us find strength in the words of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):

"To Allah we belong and to Him is our return." (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:156)

On behalf of Ali's family, we extend our deepest gratitude to our community for their support during this challenging time. It has been nothing short of overwhelming and heartwarming alhamdulillah, and we pray Allah (SWT) rewards you all for your duas, your time to check in on his family, and your visits.

As we come to terms with the sudden and tragic loss of Ali, we find solace in the memories we shared and the impact he had on our lives. Ali touched us all with his resilience, positivity, compassion, and unwavering faith, particularly during the last few months of his life. His departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but we pray his legacy of love, faith and goodness lives on.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "When a person dies, all their deeds come to an end except three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), beneficial knowledge that they left behind, or a righteous child who prays for them." In the spirit of honouring Ali's memory of being generous with his efforts within the community & abroad, we invite you to contribute to an ongoing charity project on his behalf. Your support and donation will have a lasting impact and serve as a tribute to the beautiful soul that he was.

"Those who give to charity night and day, secretly and publicly, will have their reward with their Lord." (Quran 2:274). May your donation be a means of blessings not only for our beloved Ali, but also for you and your family, and it brings comfort to your heart knowing that you are continuing his legacy of kindness and generosity. We ask Allah (SWT) to cool the hearts of his loved ones and grant them everlasting patience and strength. May He have mercy on our beloved Ali, forgive him for his shortcomings, and grant him entry into Jannat alfirdous, ameen.
