Sadaqa Jariya for Arman Morshed

إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Innal illahi wa inna ilayhi rajioon

Surely we belong to Allah and to him we shall return.

At a tender age of twenty-five our beloved Arman Morshed sadly passed away on10th August 2024

Arman was a Son, a brother, an uncle, a colleague, a friend to many and a big influence in the community.

Not only was he a bubbly & kind soul, he was also the heart of our family & the heart of every group he was a part of, through his charity work, sports and leisure activities, employment in the NHS and within his social groups.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’

As a family we have decided to raise funds as Sadaqah Jariya (ongoing charity) on behalf of Arman, to build an Orphanage and a masjid in his name.

This will provide safe shelter, provision and education for many children who are in need. It will also enable and build the foundation for a community, a hub where people will come together, pray, and celebrate.

Throughout life, we invest a lot of money, time and effort into achieving our various personal goals and dreams. We often focus our energy on work or home, putting in a lot of hard work to obtain the results we wish to see.

We should remember to give just as much energy and focus into investing in our Hereafter as this is where the rewards are the greatest; not only for our today but for long after we have died.

We are urgently seeking your support to help us achieve our goal of raising funds to build the Orphanage and masjid in memory of our beloved Arman. Your contribution will make a lasting impact by providing shelter and education for children in need and creating a space for prayer.
