SADAQAH JARRIYAH FOR SULTAN
In the name of Allah, Most Merciful It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved son, brother husband and father Sultan Abdullah Ujaama, age 21.
On the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra) the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim)
We ask that you please find it in you to help us raise enough for to build a well for our dear brother and/or create whatever forms of sadaqah Jariyyah in his name. We would also like to leave some cushion for his mother and wife who just had a baby last week.
May Allah jalla jalaluhu have mercy on Sultan. May Allah jalla jalaluhu, forgive and have mercy upon him, forgive him and pardon him. Expand his entry, and cleanse him with water, snow, and ice, and purify him of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. Exchange his home for a better home. Admit him into the highest level of Jannat-ul-Firdaus, protect him from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the Fire. (aameen ya Rabbal aalameen)
"And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient. Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Rabb and mercy. And it is those who are the guided." [Qur'an 2:155-157]
