Hey y'all!

I'm Sue from Sad Girl Creamery. Some of y'all probably already know me, follow me, or bought ice cream from me. I'm entirely grateful for everyone's support so far! Sad Girl wouldn't be where it is now without you. That being said though it has been a struggle to try and get Sad Girl to the next level on my own. Restaurant equipment is totally not cheap and especially machines that make ice cream. I've been making it all out of my apartment till now and out of a little table top machine that only produces like 2 quarts of ice cream at a time. Which is insane considering how many pop ups and ice cream I've made in this past year! So I would like to be able to produce more of it, take less time and be able to sell it on an actual open market. With this "giant ice cream machine" also known as a batch freezer, I'll be able to legally sell my product to small stores, restaurants and other market opportunities. I can finally move my business out of my own home and produce ice cream in a real commercial kitchen. I'm so appreciative of my community and how much you've pushed me so far. I feel blessed to be able to make something that you can connect to. So I want to be able to make more of that for you. I want to continue to represent flavors that are inspired by own community and wipe those tears away with my ice cream. Whatever you can help me with will be huge for me! I hope you can help me get to the next step of my cream dreams.
