I’m so excited to share that I’ve been awarded a partial scholarship to enroll in a world-renowned Somatic Breathwork and Movement Therapy for Trauma Healing program!
This training will allow me to become a Certified Somatic Practitioner and deepen the healing work I’ve been cultivating through Sacred Blooming over the past five years.
- In order to heal, we must come home to the body - the sacred vessel that holds both our trauma and our power to transform it. Somatic healing is the practice of using breath, movement techniques, and body awareness to release stored trauma, reconnect to the body, and reclaim our inherent wholeness.
- We need more culturally sensitive, heart-centered practitioners in the field of somatic healing - practitioners who understand the unique experiences, histories, and complexities of our healing journeys. I am deeply committed to being part of that change.
- If you’ve ever experienced Sacred Blooming - through a workshop, a personal session, or any of my offerings - you know that my work is rooted in a holistic approach to healing and devoted to energetic wellness, emotional liberation and the sacred return to our joy and authenticity.
- This program will equip me with the tools, wisdom, and practices to deepen our individual healing and in turn create ripples of transformation within our communities.
My goal is to raise $1,000 by Saturday May 3rd to cover the 1st part of the program, and the remaining for the rest of the program and to help sustain me throughout this experience. It’s a time intensive commitment that runs from May - August and I intend to fully devote myself to this life-changing training.
