Rodley was not only a kind, caring and all around great coworker to work with, but also a great friend, acquaintance, and genuinely a person who wanted the best for everyone. At work Rodley can always be remembered or recognized with his sunglasses and his signature smile. Rodley would find any and every positive motivation in everything he did and would do the same for anyone. A lot of times through many peoples employment they would find themselves frustrated and Rodley would be right next to them chiming with positivity and motivating them to smile and laugh. A bestfriend and a brother to many with a smile contagious to our work environment. His positive attitude was felt throughout the entire office and that is one feeling we will never forget. Rodley did all of these things without the anticipation of reciprocation; it was done simply out of the kindness of his heart.
