Sac Hitterz Abar PGF Nationals Fundraiser

Sac Hitterz is a non-profit organization whose goal is to keep fees affordable for all of our families so that no girl loses an opportunity to play softball. As a non-profit ourselves, we feel contributing to our local communities is extremely important and we participate in a variety of charitable activities throughout the year. Now, we are hoping our local community and softball fans can help us raise funds for something spectacular.

Yesterday (June 6th), for the first time ever, our Gold team qualified for the PGF Nationals in Huntington Beach in July. The girls worked very hard to get to play at this level! As anyone who has participated in club sports knows, travel costs are very expensive. As a newer, smaller organization, we are still establishing resources and do not have the kind of reserves that allow us to come out of pocket for big ticket events such as this.  This was an unforeseen victory that was not planned in our budget and we did not anticipate the $2.5k tourney fee. Additionally, we are looking to pay for a week's worth of travel costs (transportation, food and lodging) in LA for our whole team.

This donation is tax deductible! If you have even a few dollars to spare, our girls would be ever-so-grateful. We really want to make this trip not only possible but a memory they carry with them for the rest of their lives. This will be a wonderful opportunity for all of the girls to have high-level exposure to various college softball programs across the nation.  We want to get these players playing college ball!
