Hey friends.

On April 3rd, I suddenly lost my vision at work. I was immediately hospitalized and had a full medical workup. My MRI came back showing the cause of my temporary blindness- Chiari Malformation.

Since then, I resigned from my job and have spent the last few months getting additional MRIs, lab work, and seeing specialists.

In addition to the Chiari, my doctors have discovered that I also suffer from cervical spondylosis, facet arthropathy, cervical kyphosis, cervical syrinx, thoracic syrinx, and intracranial hypertension.

I'm not sure if I will ever be able to work full-time again. For now, I'm trying to take it one day at a time.

This is where I call on my friends, my family, and my community to help my family make ends meet. I was contributing 40% of our household income, and now we are struggling to stay afloat.
