Spanish & Medicine in Cusco, Peru

Donation protected
Hi Family, Friends, and Supporters!

My name is Sabrina San Diego, a first- year student at Seattle University. I am currently a Biochemistry major on a pre-med track with a double minor in Spanish and Mathematics. I have the opportunity of a lifetime to travel to Cusco, Peru for six weeks this summer (2016). While there, I would be taking Spanish classes for college credit and shadowing doctors. Not only would my Spanish improve tremendously, but also I would have the chance to really see what my future could possibly hold! Those of you that know me, know medicine has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. This specific opportunity means a lot to me because not only do I plan to work in the medical field, but also dream to practice medicine abroad, so being able to see and personally experience a different culture and how medicine plays a role in their lives is important to me.

I am working to do everything I can to fund this trip because as you can see this trip is a pretty penny. I appreciate anything and everything! The gift size does not matter and please SHARE this campaign as anything helps! I am trying to reach my goal by the end of APRIL! (Consider donating some of your tax refund, maybe? I know its that time of year :) and I would greatly appreciate it!!)

Thank you from the bottom of my heart,

Sabrina San Diego
