Sabrina Romani's Cancer Treatment

Hello everybody,

My name is Ihemi Romani-Padilla and I live in Briarcliff Manor, New York. 2023 has been a challenging year for my family and I as we were forced to bear the news of my sister’s cancer diagnosis. My sister immigrated to the United States in 2018 as a 39-year old single mother of four children, Ximena, Mathias, Valeria, and Noelia. Since her arrival, Sabrina has learned to drive and learn English to the best of her abilities. This provided her with the opportunity to earn her HHA certification from ABC Home Healthcare Services in the Bronx. After caring for elders day and night to provide for her family. She joined Padilla’s Plumbing Company, assisting service calls to various homes all over Westchester. With the money she earned from both jobs, Sabrina managed to find an apartment for her and her family in Dobbs Ferry. In February of 2023, Sabrina was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of an unknown origin. Sabrina is currently receiving her second round of chemotherapy at Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY, which requires two additional natural treatments. We are seeking $30k to cover the expenses of her mistletoe treatment and high dose vitamin C treatment. The purpose of these treatments is to strengthen her immune system and improve her quality of life. She is currently receiving these treatments at See Beyond Medicine in Scarsdale, NY. During this time Sabrina has continued working for Padilla’s Plumbing Company whenever she is feeling her best as the chemotherapy has offset various amounts of symptoms that have affected her physically. My family and I have faith that Sabrina will get well soon and return to the life that she deserves with her children as they continue to reach milestones in their young age.
