Sabine's Berklee Master's Fund
Donation protected
My name is Kevin Won and I’ll be hosting this GoFundMe for Sabine Ndalamba, a good friend and talented musician who is in need of €11,500 in order to complete her Master’s of Scoring for Film, Television, and Video Games (SFTV).

The €11,500 will be going towards a portion of the Spring semester, as well as the Summer semester. As we all know, tuition is very expensive in this generation.
A Little Info About Sabine:
Sabine is an incredibly talented composer and guitarist from Toronto, Canada. At Berklee, she has been able to hone her craft of composition, music production, and realizing her immense potential as a musician. Sabine is very passionate about music and is a sweet, soft-spoken girl.

Sabine graduated in 2012 and earned her BA in Jazz Guitar at Humber College in Toronto, Canada.

The Situation:
Sabine was accepted to Berklee in September and was offered large scholarship that would cover a lot of the tuition.
However, it wasn’t enough and she was aware of that. A previous attempt was made to raise money for her before her year began. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to raise enough and as the Spring semester came to a conclusion, she was unable to pay for the total tuition.
To attend Berklee Valencia’s SFTV Program costs upwards of €35,000 ($40,000 USD).
Berklee College of Music was very generous in granting her an extension to pay the funds. We are a week into the summer semester and unfortunately she was unable to pay everything. Sabine tried everything and eventually ran out of options.
As a result, Sabine is unable to continue classes with us and is now returning to Sweden to be with her family. Consequently, Sabine will be unable to obtain her Master’s degree and also unable to record her final cue with the SFTV class at AIR Studios in London, UK on June 8th-9th, 2016.

The fact that Sabine was unable to get the complete funds for Berklee is not a statement to her work ethic. On top of an incredibly intense year of composition and recording sessions, she also has worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Berklee Equipment Room.
The Goal:

On behalf of the 2016 SFTV Class, it breaks our hearts that Sabine won’t be able to graduate with us unless she finds the funding necessary to pay for the rest of her tuition. Our class is like one big family, and it hurts to think of the possibility of one of us getting left behind.
With around two weeks until our final recording, time is running out.
We are asking for €11,500 so we can bring her back to Valencia and complete the summer semester with us. This way, she will able to complete her final recording at AIR Studios and walk with us on Commencement Day in July.
Regardless of amount, if you have anything to donate, we’d greatly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. Sabine is the sweetest, kindest, and talented girl and she deserves to graduate with us!
