A Note About Sabina

Sabina Marciniak was a truly remarkable woman—an independent, free-spirited soul who lived life on her terms. Born in Gdansk, Poland, Sabina’s journey was marked by courage, resilience, and a deep love for all creatures great and small. Her passion for animals was unparalleled; her home was always filled with the joyful chirps of budgies and the loving companionship of her dogs, cats, cockerel, duck, and guinea pigs.

Her friends remember her as a beacon of strength someone who fought against the odds and inspired those around her. Sabina was not just a lover of life but also a nurturer of it. Her animals, who were her pride and joy, now find loving homes thanks to her friend Keith and the generous spirit of others.

Sabina’s memory will live on not only in the hearts of her loved ones but also in the lives of the animals she cherished.

Sabina was a great animal lover. She looked after many animals and many followed her around.

She had 18 budgies which are now rehomed to a local bird lover. 

The other animals are now looked after by her friend Keith.

Keith is now caring for Sabina’s 5 dogs: Jack, Gismo, Pepper, Jill who is epileptic and Valletta the puppy Sabina rescued off a motorway in Bulgaria. Along with the dogs, Keith cares for Sabina’s cockerel and duck and two guinea pigs.
