Saaba Development Project

Saaba is a unique village in the Gambia. This uniqueness demonstrates unity and respect for one another. In the past, the leadership of the Village Development Committee (VDC) from different age groups in the village have also demonstrated these qualities in their effort to successfully implement some initiatives under the "Tesito" project. This includes building the foundation of the primary school, the community market and the pipe born water project etc. At the moment these facilities are under treat of total collapse. There is an urgent need for refurbishment of the primary school, rebuild the market and make sure electricity reach every corner of the Village. Hence we need substantial amount of money to undertake these projects.
We are therefore appalling and calling on all Saabankas and none Saabankas around the globe to donate whatever they can to undertake these projects.
