Help Bring Ryan Home
Donation protected
On Feb 10th Ryan Bittelman's world changed. Like most 11th graders, he made his routine drive home after school. While on his way, Ryan's truck hit black ice and collided head-on with a tree. Ryan was sent by med flight to UW Children's Hospital in Madison. Due to head trauma, he has suffered a stroke which has caused damage to part of his brain. He has a broken hip, bleeding from his liver & spleen, and his lung function is in need of assistance. His stay in the ICU will continue as everyday is a new challenge. His family has been with him since he arrived at UW and will continue to be by his side as he makes his journey home.
Ryan's parents, Mike & Melissa Borzick-Wucherer, will be using sick time, vacation time, and any PTO they have to be with him. The drive to Madison is 60 miles one way and is costly as well.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help Ryan's family pay for any medical bills not covered by insurance, gas for travel, and any therapy that will be coming down the road.
Our little town of Westfield has done some pretty big fundraising... we are prayerful that this one will be huge! Please help us support Ryan's family as he makes his journey home to the things he loves; his family, farming, & hunting.
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.")
