Replace stolen and torched car

Hi my name is Ally. I’m 16 and I’ve had a bit of bad luck in getting my L plate 100 hours. I’ve worked hard and bought 2 cars already and now have to save for a third. My first car, a Hyundai i20 was totalled after a driver ran a red light and T-boned me. He than drove off leaving me on the scene. I kept working hard at my part time jobs (I’m also still I’m school) and recently brought my 2nd car a Holden Cruze. All my own savings from working. Just this weekend it was stolen alongside my grandparents cars. All 3 cars are destroyed and my car was used to ram Police cars leaving a Police Officer in hospital. The thieves then torched my car. I work 3 part time jobs and get passing grades at school. I’m doing my best and not running a muck like some other people my age.  I need a helping hand not a hand out, but to keep me moving forward and working I need a car to get my license in April. Any help is greatly appreciated.
