Help Cash with Patella Surgery

Cash is my young and energetic golden retriever. He was recently diagnosed with a luxating patella of his front leg that will require surgery in order for him to stay mobile.  He currently is very limited in his movement and his spirit is down.   Please help my baby receive the surgery he requires.
