Brie is the beautiful wife to Matt and the extremely proud mama to Haegan (5) and Aubrey (3). Until recently, they lived together in Florida where Matt serves on active duty in the United States Air Force.

Shortly before the New Year, Brie experienced a few petite mal seizures. When Brie was evaluated, a large brain tumor was discovered. Brie was able to move to Texas to be closer to family and for top of the line care. This past week she underwent major brain surgery where surgeons were able to successfully remove approximately 90% of the tumor. We now must wait for the biopsies to be completed so the best chemotherapy and radiation treatments can be determined and started.

Throughout this ordeal, Matt has traveled back and worth between Florida and Texas, balancing time at work with th Air Force and time with his wife and children.

Brie has shown so much courage and strength as she has begun this battle. She's truly an inspiration to all that meet her! She has a wonderful support system helping care for her and her children. But the journey will be a long one and the expenses of such a journey can truly become overwhelming. Please consider a donation to help ease this burden just a little.
