Hi, my name is Shelby, and I am reaching out for help for my extremely loved and sick cat Nemo. Nemo is my 12-year old cat, who I have has since I was 10 years old in 2010. He is the sweetest, most loving and cuddly cat, and means more to me than myself at times. He has been extremely sick and I am very worried about him.

Recently, he stopped eating and drinking water, and acting very out of character. I took him to the vet on January 1st and they ran some blood work, which came back normal.

On January 2nd, I had to take him back for some x rays as his condition was declining. In the x rays, the veterinarian saw something on the lining of his stomach, and materialization in his bladder.

This paired with how he was not reacting well to the medication they gave him on January 1st led to him being hospitalized. He is currently being treated more aggressively, and is staying at the veterinary hospital.

I recently graduated college, just this past May of 2022, and I have an entry-level position in San Francisco, where I currently live.

The veterinary bills keep rising, and as a recent college graduate who had to take out loans for school, I just simply cannot afford them.

It is really difficult for me to admit, but I need some help paying them.
