Support Needed for Medical Recovery

Hi, I am not one to do something like this, but I currently find myself in need of a little assistance. If you can find it in your hearts to help me, I would greatly appreciate any help at all. Prayers are also appreciated!

I was hospitalized from Dec 27 to Jan 10 and have now ended up on oxygen, among many other medical diagnoses.
