Emergency Funds Needed - Please Help

Hi again, it's the start of a new year and new hopeful opportunities, especially it being the year of the dragon!
Unfortunately last year still seems to be clinging onto whatever it can grab.
As of now, I've moved into a new place. I've mostly settled in, but the last six months of last year have really screwed me over.
Dealing with sudden back problems forcing me to lower my work hours, the stress of not able to pay bills and debt because of said lowered work hours.
My job ACTIVELY lowering my hours MORE when I kept asking I needed at least a minimal. I've been barely able to make basic ends meet, with constant help from loved ones.
I've been constantly hit with tension and stress headaches all the while as well, that's been messing up my sleep patterns and making said symptoms worse. To the point over the counter stuff just can't fix it at all.
I'm currently out of work, but I can't look for jobs until I deal car stuff, but a recent debt has also decided to just take funds from me when I needed it to take care of at least one car thing.
Not to mention since not being able to pay any of my credit bills has taken a drastic hit on my credit score. But with the way the interest rate is, I have absolutely no way of catching up with it at all.
And so, I'm here to ask for financial help, again. I've been really trying NOT to go back to this route, but it just doesn't seem possible without something hitting where I can't recover anymore.
Putting everything together, I'm going to need...about 3000 in total.
600 will go to the car since it's high priority, being re-registration, repairs and insurance
550 is rent, to which my new roommate is very workable with on and has been very patient and understanding of my situation.
and 1150 will completely cover one of my credit cards that has an 18% interest rate
Anything and everything else after those will go directly to unexpected fees or hiccups due to miscalculations. And also foods.
Thank you all, very much, ahead of time to any help you can offer.
With luck, this will be the very last time I need help of this monumental stature!
