We’re a group of students from the University of North Texas launching Operation Give Back—a campaign benefiting Support Our Troops, Inc., a 501(c)(3) located in Denton, Texas. This nonprofit brings comfort and care to our brave service members deployed around the world.

Support Our Troops, Inc. is a proactive, non-profit, non-political, volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization that helps provide for the material, physical and emotional needs of our active-duty military personnel at home and abroad. Sending monthly care packages, birthday cards and holiday gift cards reminds soldiers that they are never alone or forgotten.

There are more than 2.1 million men and women serving in the United States military. Many of them go weeks or even months without a single word from home. In the toughest conditions, far from family and comfort, the absence of support can dim morale. Which is why we launched Operation Give Back: to deliver hope, resilience, and encouragement in every box sent.

Your Impact

Every dollar raised makes a difference!

Each $150 raised provides a care package filled with essential supplies and personal touches, shared across an entire unit. These boxes aren’t just filled with snacks or socks; they carry reminders that people back home are cheering them on, praying for their safety, and grateful beyond words for their sacrifice.

“We know we can’t walk in their boots, but we can walk beside them in spirit. Operation Give Back is our way of saying thank you, in not just words, but through actions.”
