Our friend needs our help!

 

This past week, our friend Duane took a plane to Houston for what he thought would be a quick trip to see his father. What he found when he arrived was his father in the hospital, facing amputation surgery. Duane also discovered his father was hiding the fact that he had been homeless for several months and had gone without medical attention, costing him his leg.

 

Duane will need to fly back and forth to Houston while his father is in rehabilitation; making arrangements for him to either return to Chicago or find housing in Houston. While he’s been our favorite DJ, its not an easy job to do virtually and get paid from it. This fundraiser will provide him the ability to not worry about the financial burden of choosing between working to support himself and taking care of his dad.

 

All funds will go directly to Duane for the care of his father. Any help is valuable and appreciated.
