Maria is an essential part of our team and the heart behind our famous Manti. Every day, she shows up with dedication, care, and a quiet strength that keeps our kitchen moving and our standards high.

On her way to work, Maria was involved in a motorcycle accident that has left her injured and facing an unexpected recovery period. While she focuses on healing, she is also dealing with medical expenses and time away from work that no one ever plans for.

We are coming together as a team and a community to support Maria during this difficult moment. Any contribution—no matter the size—will help ease the financial burden and allow her to focus fully on her recovery without added stress.

If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser and keeping Maria in your thoughts means just as much. Thank you for showing up for someone who shows up for all of us, day in and day out.

With gratitude,

DOYA
