**Dear Friends and Family,** 

 Our family is facing a tough time as my father, Mike, prepares for quintuple bypass heart surgery on June 18th. This surgery involves bypassing five major coronary arteries to restore blood flow to his heart. As the primary provider for my mom, Kirsten, and our three children, Mike’s sudden inability to work due to his health has created significant financial strain. He can't work for two weeks before the surgery and will need 8-10 weeks to recover after. Unfortunately, Mike cannot collect disability because he is self-employed paving contractor , and his medical insurance has limitations. My mom will be his full-time caregiver during this time. Mike has always supported others but struggles to ask for help himself. We humbly ask for your donations, prayers, or positive thoughts to help ease our financial burden. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference. Additionally, my brother Jonah was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and was hospitalized due to diabetic ketoacidosis. This has dramatically changed our lives and added to our family's challenges.
