Help us keep our home.

My name is Shelby Breaux Jr. My wife and I have been married almost 25 years. We have 3 boys, our youngest is still at home as well as our granddaughter who's been with us since she was 3 months old. I have worked since I was 14 years old and was always a provider for my family. On July 23, 2014 I had surgery.  We were told I'd return to work a week later. However, I ended up back in the hospital on several occasions due to complications and severe pain and bleeding. On October 24, 2014 I was terminated because I was physically unable to return to work, we lost our insurance at the end of last year. I was unable to walk without assistance for almost 3 months after, and was unable to drive. It has been almost 9 months since the surgery and I am still unable to return to work.  I have applied for disability. However that takes time. We have had to sell my work van, and some of my tools from when I did flooring to help cover some of our living expenses. Friends and family have been a blessing with some of our household needs and utilities.  We have again gotten behind on our mortgage and due to my pain and other physical limitations I'm not sure when or if I will be able to return to work to take care of my family. I never thought 9 months ago I'd have lost my job or been unable to return to work by now. I never thought I'd have pain just to walk around and do simple task that we so often take for granted. We need help to pay our mortgage so my family does not have to worry about where we will live. I have never been one to ask for help because I believe it's my job to take care of them, but as hard as it is to swallow I can't do what I need to do that and we're not sure if or when I will be able to. I am in pain daily and have started bleeding again. I don't want my wife and kids to worry where we're going to live or if/when we'll loose our home. We've been blessed with the people who hold our mortgage to be so understanding but we also know we can't just expect to live here for free.  We have exactly 80 notes left, it doesn't seem like much but when there isn't anything coming in it seems overwhelming. I pray anyone reading this and feels led to help that God blesses you abundantly beyond anything you can ask or think. He has been our rock and we thank you all in advance. This is very hard for me to ask for something like this but I trust that God has a plan. Will you help us keep our home?
