Joy Balbarino lived and grew up in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. On Sunday, June 21st at 2:50pm she was called home to our creator.  She leaves behind her mother and father Judy and Tony Balbarino and her puppy Boots.  She was a very caring and loving person, you always can count on her. Her smile will always be remembered just as we will remember that she had a big caring heart.  You will be forever be missed and never will be forgotten. Rest In Peace Joy
