As most of you know, I fell 50 ft out of a tree and broke my arm, shattered my heel, and fractured two vertebrae in my back. The doctors are saying it will be 3 to 6 months before I can walk or work again.

I need help paying monthly bills, medical expenses, and gas to get back and forth to doctors while I’m out of work. Anything helps; I just need to stay afloat until I can get back to work.
