Hi friends,

This isn’t easy to write, but I’m learning that sometimes we have to lean on others—especially when life throws something unexpected our way.

We recently found out Sarah has a mass on her ovary and will be undergoing surgery tomorrow, Wednesday 20th. While we are staying strong and hopeful, the truth is this will keep her out of work for a while. As someone who’s always tried to handle things on her own, it’s hard for her to ask for help—but right now, she could really use a hand.

(And here I thought moving, undertaking this massive garden I brought on myself, and figuring out this new life up north was gonna be my only issues! )

This fundraiser is to help cover:

• Basic bills while she's out of work

• Out-of-pocket medical costs

• Groceries and essentials during recovery

• Wrapping up moving costs
