**Help My Parents Recover from Hurricane Helene**

Dear friends and family,

I’m Ashley Conn Bahar, my parents’ home was severely flooded by Hurricane Helene. They live on the Catawba River in NC. They are facing unimaginable challenges. With no power and their home in disarray, they are struggling to care for their dogs and cats, who are also affected by this disaster.

This is the second time they faced these hurdles.
