My name's Jamie and I'm a 29yo, non binary, autistic person who will get top surgery in November!

Here's my story:

I've been dealing with gender dysphoria for as long as I can remember, covering my chest and long hair in the mirror as a child, dreaming to see my true self. I would always want to wear boy's clothes and never quite fit the girly gender role I was put in.

In my rebel teen years I proceeded to chop off all my hair, dye them the most random colors and burn my scalp in doing so (punk is not dead).

People who know me know my gender journey has not been linear: I've given test runs to names and pronouns that never quite fit.

Thanks to the support of my partner and good friends, I've been steadily moving toward my true self, embracing my non binary identity and masculine presentation.

Dysphoria has always accompanied me throughout my life and now I've found the courage and support to slay it.

I'm seeking to get top surgery this autumn and would immensely appreciate any help that could be given, take it as if you were offering me a coffee
