Hi! My name is Chase Barrett  I am a junior at  Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ . My grandmother has a good friend named Kelli who is a 74 year old woman and a former Yardley /LMT resident.  My grandmother is a realtor and has been working tirelessly (& selflessly) for years to help her dear friend stay in her home after an unbelievable streak of tough luck.  Kelli is in great jeopardy of losing her home due to a foreclosure. This would result in her being homeless. Her family is unable to help financially and she has very limited resources. She moved to Trenton, NJ to care for her elderly mother in 2006, sadly, her mom passed away three years ago. Kelli has remained in the home as she had no where else to go. Her mother had taken a reverse mortgage on her home to survive financially. Kelli is desperate to stay in the home but she cannot afford to purchase it because of her age and very limited income.  Her friend and neighbor has offered to purchase the home and Kelli would rent it from her.  We are talking about a $30,000 row home in Trenton, NJ.  The reverese mortgage balance is slowing up the process and the bank is ready to forclose. We are trying to raise the money to help pay the balance to clear the title so her friend can make the home purhase. Kelli has been dealt a very tough hand in her life, and she deserves far better. So please donate and help her keep her house. Even the slightest donation can make a difference.
