To all friends and family, it is with tragic news that we inform you in a loss of a friend, brother, husband, and father. Somnang Vann was tragically killed in a car accident on the Buckman Bridge on April 17, 2015. Somnang was a very caring individual who was willing to go out of his way for others. He left behind his 4 year old daughter and his beautiful wife. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help support his family.
