Hi, I'm Dan. This is Miss Cha Cha, known to some of you as *redacted due to previous name being too rude*. I adopted her as the last remaining, unwanted kitten of a litter (apparently because she's a black cat and half feral). She came into my life at a very dark time in my life, and she gave me purpose and motivation to take care of myself, so I could take care of her. Not an uncommon story!

Now it's my turn to save her life. My little disgusting dingleberry covered, unfriendly, ungrateful darling baby angel has been bitten by a snake, and if you know Australia, we have very venomous snakes. Currently she's fighting for her life at the emergency vets, and I am pulling out all plugs to ensure she gets the best of care, including oxygen therapy, ventilators, etc.

This has been a pricey process however, and I'm currently studying my masters fulltime on limited savings, with more children (dog and birds) in tow. So I'm turning to the community for the first time in my life to ask for some aid. Currently projected costs will probably add up to about 5k, so whatever you can donate, please! Your morning coffee, some random back pocket loose change, whatever is all so so appreciated. Please help me bridge the cost of Cha Cha's treatment, she is such a beloved member of the family, and my dog and I will absolutely both be devastated if we lose the smallest, haughtiest member of the unit.
