Please help Juliette Tomanelli

Sweet baby Juliette was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor and has to have immediate surgery to remove it and also treat the subsequent diagnosis of Hydrocephalus which is a build up of fluid causing pressure in the Brain. This will initially require many weeks in a hospital followed by long term care and treatment.

Navigating through this along with having their young son Jack cared for at home will become their new normal. The financial burden will be significant.
