Hello everyone! This is Joanna - or better known as Joey, Anna Jane's daughter.

Jane, my mother, has given her life to her love of her customers, the artistry of makeup, and is in great need of a little (or a lot of) help from her friends, loved ones, and anyone who feels called to help support her in this fight against a very aggressive cancer.

My mom is an amazing and strong woman and has vanquished stage 4 cancer before (ovarian/uterine) about 20 years ago now. Unfortunately, she became extremely ill and had to be admitted to the hospital at the end of September, and the diagnosis was not what any of us had wanted to hear.

Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.

She is going to need emotional, physical, and financial support through this process, and we are starting with some very important testing this week (starting October 6th). She will be getting a port placed, additional scans, and genetic testing as the cancer has spread into her liver and bile ducts. It is aggressive, and the treatment she will likely undergo is also aggressive. We are not without hope, but it has been a lot to process so quickly.

The donations will go to support her treatment, her quality of life, travel expenses, and other needs to fight this battle.
