Funeral Fundraiser for Jacqui - Forever in our Hearts

Hi, my name is Chloe, I am fundraising to give my beautiful Mum Jacqui a beautiful send off that she deserves. Jacqui had a battle with Breast Cancer which she unfortunately found out at a late stage, it had already began to spread to other areas of her body. Sadly treatment didn’t work for Jacqui as her body couldn’t tolerate it, we was initially told mum would of had a lot more time than she did with 5-10+ years but this sadly was less than 2 years. Mums final treatment was to try some Radiotherapy which quickly changed mums quality of life radically within a few weeks post treatment. We have been left with very little time to be able to organise a special send off for Jacqui and if friends and family could help give her a special day we would be all ever so grateful. ♥️
