Hospice Care for Myrna Moreno

Most of you may know and others may not.
My mom Myrna Moreno has been battling cancer since 2011 when she was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. She had surgery and chemo and was in remission for 4 years.
She then was diagnosed with cancer in her liver in 2015 and had surgery to remove a part of her liver. She also had her kidney scrapped. Myrna was diagnosed with lung cancer shortly after. She had continued chemo for several years.
In 2018 she was diagnosed with brain cancer, and since then she has had the cancer spread into her bones, hip, cervical spine, ankles and wrist.
Her cancer is metastasis.
April 25, 2019 she was told that there was no further treatment they can offer and placed her in Hospice Care due to terminal illness.
Our focus is providing quality of Life. She has chosen to leave Puerto Rico and is moving to Baltimore, MD to be with her daughter Charymar Molina, and closer to family and friends in the states.
Her insurance covers certain items needed for care as hospice will be in home.
We are asking for your help to be able to cover what the insurance does not, like wheelchair ramp, shower chair, safety rails, diapers and other medical supplies. We would greatly appreciate it. Any amount helps.
