Starting over after a fire

My brother William, my brother Thomas, and his fiancé all lost their home in a fire this weekend. The building is a total loss and they are not expecting to get much, if any, of their belongings back. William was in the building at the time of the fire and got out only with his cat and the clothes on his back.
