Our son Jaleel "Greatness," was diagnosed with Stage 5 chronic kidney disease at birth from LUTO-Lower Urinary Tract Obstruction. He has been admitted to 6 hospitals, had 10 surgeries, 2 ER admissions, & currently must receive peritoneal dialysis 9 hours at night to stay alive. His story has inspired so many lives at the tender age of 1. Jaleel will need a NEW kidney in the beginning of the year of 2020. This page will serve to encourage family, friends, & the public to consider donating their spare kidney to increase Jaleel’s quality of life. Our GoFund Me account will serve to collect funds to support kidney transplantation which will include: Medical bills not covered by insurance, Jaleel’s medications, and any special supplies we will need to support Jaleel’s recovery at home.
