Help save my best friend

Hi my name is Graeme. My border collie luna unfortunately took unwell on Saturday night. Luna is needing life saving surgery or sadly we will face having to put our family dog to sleep.

luna isn't just a family dog she also my best friend and really helped me through my bad PTSD from my days in the army. I can’t think of life without her.
