Travel to Boston for Cancer treatments

Hello My name is Dawn. I’m trying to get the medical treatment for this aggressive lung cancer ( small cell carcinoma ). I only have Medicaid insurance. I have a 17 year old Son and he is afraid of losing me ! I am going to go under chemo but feel like I am going to have some bills and don’t want to leave them to my Son.
