Maverick Ramsey, son of Jason and Amanda Ramsey, is 8 months old! On Friday, August 26th, the doctors found a mass on the left side of Mav's brain. On Tuesday, August 30th, he underwent a 9-hour surgery to have the mass on his brain removed. Maverick is a true warrior and did wonderful during surgery. God is good!

However, the result from the tumor was what no parent ever wants to hear...it was cancerous. For the next 6-months little Mav is going to go through chemo treatments. This will require many trips to and from Children's Hospital, hospital stays, time away from work and increased medical expenses. We can't take away the worry of having a child needing a little more medical attention, but we can reduce the financial worry a little.
