Hello  friends and Family, 

As you may or may not be aware Ms. De La Cruz is preparing to meet an extremely unfortunate set of circumstances that will have life altering repercussions in her life.  We are reaching out in the hope of gathering financial donations for the purpose of day to day expenses for the family as well as to pay the substantial hospital bills. We would ask humbly,  that in her time of need all those loved ones and friends who are able to contribute anything at all would do so in order that she have a speedy and complete recovery.
