Charlotte and I are running the Manchester 10K run on Sunday and the charity I’ve chose is Andy’s Man’s Club. This is a charity which supports men suffering with mental health breaking down the stigma of men speaking up for help.

More information about ANDYSMANCLUB Limited: ANDYSMANCLUB are a male suicide prevention charity. We were established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. We facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK for any man to attend over 18. We provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. We have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
