Unanticipated Moving Expenses

We are the Martin family.  Our family consists of I and my wife and our three children.  In June of this year we were given a months notice to move because the owner of our rental property decided to sell.  The short notice move cost us $2000 that we were not anticipating.  Around the same time we had to put new tires on one of our cars, and that cost us an additional $1000.  We have also have had numerous medical expenses from our three children.  Since July we have experienced constant financial setbacks, like a perfect storm, that has put all of our utilities behind, resulted in the reposession of a vehicle and the imminent reposession of another.  We are in desperate need.  
     This money will be used to bring all of our bills current.  We have until December 15th to bring several of these bills current, including our rent, or we will lose everything.  It will mean bringing peace of mind to a struggling veteran and his family.  Reaching out like this has been one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do.  Seeing my family in such desperate need is even more difficult.  We are scraping by on very little, feeding our family meals that are inadiquate.  Please, any help will be greatfully appreciated and paid forward at the first opportunity.
